The name Life Reconnect came into existence when reflecting on my years of supporting clients through some of their most challenging times. In all their storytelling and sharing there was a sense of feeling disconnected. A disconnect from themselves, their loved ones, their community and who they thought they were and what their purpose was. When journeying with loss, pieces of ourselves or our story are gone and it is up to us to navigate our way to the new “normal” and redefining our connection with life.
What is it that keeps us going, that brings us joys, that we are able to turn to for strength and validation? What and who is it that we want to represent?
Life Reconnect is about finding our way despite the challenges, the losses, the changes. It is about finding strategies, rituals, healing and a life-connection that allows us to reconnect and to continue the journey we call Life.
